We are affiliated to the North Wales Photographic Association (NWPA) which itself is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB). The club normally meets every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. At the moment we will meet at the Kathleen and May Centre on the Dock Road, Connah's Quay or we may use ZOOM depending on circumstances. We welcome anyone interested in photography and run sessions to help with members' photography issues. Our doors are also open for anyone wishing to take up photography, young or not so young. Come and join us and see for yourself.
We hold six league club competitions and one cup competition every year from September until April.
We also take part in inter-club and national competitions and friendly battles.

Submitting images

PDI images or digital versions of prints must be no more than 1600 pixels wide and no more than 1200 pixels in height. Any images which exceed these dimensions will be disqualified. When resizing images make sure the original height : width ratio is preserved. Portrait style images will in general be 1200 pixels in height but may be less than 1600 pixels wide and similarly landscape style images will be 1600 pixels wide but may be less than 1200 pixels in height.Digital images should ideally have a resolution of 72 dpi to save disk space but if this causes the image dimensions to have less than the optimum values then higher resolutions will be acceptable. When editing digital images, change the resolution to 72 dpi before resizing. If both dimensions are less than optimum then increase the resolution until the larger of the optimum dimensions is met. Then resize as necessary

.Put on memory stick as follows:
